Habis la dah tak boleh makan Tauhu Sumbat, Tauhu Bakar, Taufu Fa yang lembut tu dan Tempe Goreng. Baru nampak banyak rupanya soya dalam makanan seharian kita kan? Haaaa, ingat air soya kat tepi jalan dengan dalam tin dan kotak jeke?

Hah! Sebabnya dikatakan dalam makanan yang berasaskan Soya ni Mempunyai elemen yang bertindak menyerupai Estrogen.

Apa kaitan Estrogen dengan Kanser Payudara?

Estrogen ini adalah Hormon yang diperlukan oleh Wanita terutamanya untuk perkembangan organ seksual dan untuk menjadikan perkembangan normal bagi organ-organ peranakan. Kenapa Bahaya? Kan Estrogen dan Wanita adalah Kawan Baik dan tidak dapat dipisahkan.

Kaitan dengan Kanser Payudara pula adalah apabila kajian mendapati kandungan Hormon  Estrogen dalam badan Pesakit Kanser Payudara mempunyai sukatan yang tinggi berbanding mereka yang normal. Ini berkemungkinan daripada sistem hormon yang “haywire” sekejap dan badan mereka terdedah pada hormon estrogen terlalu lama sepanjang hidup pesakit tersebut.
